Problem 1: Knife holder not placed correctly
Solution: Check whether the knife holder is placed correctly and locked. If it’s not positioned correctly, please remove it and reinstall it. Make sure there isn’t a gap between the holder and the knife.
Problem 2: The tip of the knife is broken or worn down
Solution: Take out the blade and check the condition of the blade, If the knife is worn down or broken, please replace it with a new one
Problem 3: Drawing data inventory abnormality.
Solution: Please provide us with the name of the drawing model. When you receive our reply reply, you can update the drawing data after 30min
To remove a protective film fed into the machine, simply lower the handle and pull it down; this will allow you to remove the protective film. Alternatively, you can click the eject button on the back of the machine.
The blue blade can cut 200 pieces of 5H-9H hardness films, while the silver blade can cut between 300 to 500 pieces of TPU, TPH, and other soft films.
The silver blade can be purchased separately on our website here
However, we do not sell the hard (blue) blade separately. Our TOLERATE ECO 9H FLEXIGLASS FILM 200-PACK WITH 1PCS BLUE BLADE includes one blue blade.

When encountering an error while scanning a QR code, first, make sure the QR code is intact and readable. Also, check for any network connectivity issues or server-side problems. If the issue continues, please contact us for assistance.
RTPU: with a thickness of 0.155±0.020mm, made from Post-Consumer Recycled Material with a recycled rate of 90%. It has a hardness of ≤1H (note that TPU film materials do not typically have a hardness rating). This material can fully cover phones with curved screens, such as the S23 Ultra and other curved devices.
RPET: with a layer thickness of 0.330±0.010mm, made from Post-Consumer Recycled Material with a recycled rate of 75%. It has a hardness of 9H and is specifically designed for flat-surface phone models, which means it may not be suitable for models with significantly curved screens.
If your machine is completely unresponsive, start by checking all external connections, including the power cable, to ensure they are secure and undamaged. If everything appears correct externally, but the machine still doesn’t work, it might be due to an internal hardware failure. In this case, we strongly advise against attempting to repair the machine yourself. And immediately contact us.
Please check if the device is properly connected to the power source and ensure that the power adapter and cables are not damaged. If the power connection is fine, try restarting the device. If the issue persists, it may be a problem with internal components or the screen itself. We recommend contacting our technical support team for further assistance.
